Spring 2024 Musings

A very belated thank you to everyone who visited the farm during the 2024 season – we are so grateful for your support. If you weren’t able to visit, we hope that you will be able to join us this summer.

We have been busy preparing for the upcoming sunflower season. During autumn we planted out a winter crop across most of our paddocks to help replenish nutrients in the soil, as sunflowers are heavy feeders.

With the start of spring, we have been preparing some of these paddocks for seeding/planting sunflowers, but we are just waiting to see what Mother Nature will bring in terms of the weather.
